i recently contacted Challenge Ltd regarding a rental property and was really impressed with the service i received. the team explained everything clearly and made the whole process straightforward and stress free. they had a range of affordable rental options available and were very accommodating to my requirements. what stood out most was their willingness to go the extra mile even offering to arrange transport from the train station for a property viewing. friendly, professional and genuinely helpful throughout. highly recommend

Spoke with viola today for my deposit back which only taken a week from when we ended tenancy so was very fast! Very appreciative of the work and the condition of the house when we left it full refunded deposit, lovely and approachable too talk too very welcoming and down too earth! thankyou for our stay with challenge house we’ve had some ups and some downs but all in all it stemmed more down too us needing more space for our family to thrive, thankyou for such a smooth existing we was filled with alot of dread through previous experiences off other people and we prepared ourselves for a long and lengthy battle but that wasn’t the case at all there was some things that we could not sort and repair and they was understanding of that which did not affect our deposit going forward

Fiona in the Commercial Department was very helpful. I moved to larger premises as my company grew and I cannot fault the process. I received my deposit back and she wished me well. I totally recommended for a start up company
